Conductive foam Sheet

Description

Conductive foam is a low density polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyurethane foam with a non-woven reinforcing layer on one side which is copper plated with a nickel plated overlayer throughout giving X, Y and Z axis low resistance electrical conductivity thereby giving excellent EMI shielding performance when used as an EMI gasket. The material is UL94V-1flame retardant. The material is available in sheet form up to 560mm wide or as die cut gaskets to custom design. Electrically conductive adhesive backing is available. As well as RFI / EMI shielding the material will provide a good dust seal.

Can be supplied with or without electrically conductive adhesive backing.
Available in 3 thicknesses:

  •  1.5 mm
  •  2.3 mm
  •  3.4 mm

Applications:

  • I/O panels
  • Connector gaskets
  • Backplanes
  • Display gaskets
  • Access panels
  • Indoor electronic applications
