KH - Corner Door Removal Hinges
Description
These compact flush-mount hinges, designed specifically to fit the corners of formed sheet metal doors, provide an easy solution for quick, low-cost installation. Multiple styles provide robust solutions for a variety of enclosure sizes. All permit full 180 degrees rotation of the door.
With the frame leaf bolted to the enclosure frame, the formed door leaf simply fits into a stamped hole in the corner bend of the door panel. It is held in place by a small detent and a hinge pin that marries the two hinge leaves together and compresses the door leaf against the door panel.
- Fits virtually flush into the return bend of formed sheet metal doors, for a clean look with no protruding hardware
- Durable die-cast metal construction
- Sizes available to fit sheet metal panels from 1 mm (.04") to 2 mm (.08") thick
- Single-hole (T1 and T2) styles mount with a single machine screw inserted through frame into the threaded base
- Removable hinge pins provide for easy door removal for maintenance and service access
- A new smaller, black nylon version of the KH series corner mount hinges is now being offered

- Removable hinge pins on T1 and T2 models are available in choice of acetal or steel materials
